Frederic J. Milberg was born in New York City, in 1949. He obtained his law degree from Golden Gate University in 1976 and was admitted to the California bar in 1976. Prior to the founding of Milberg & DePhillips, Mr. Milberg worked as an attorney in the San Diego office of Milberg, Weiss, Bershad, Hynes & Lerach, focusing on shareholder class action lawsuits.
When not working on cases, Mr. Milberg enjoys playing tennis, spending time with his wife and two children and family back in New York.
